In turn I need to thank my friend and coworker Mickey for showing jQuery to me in the first place when, while looking for a quick javascript solution for a very urgent project at work, he suggested it as an alternative to YUI (which I was proposing, of course, after having spent so many hours on the YUI Theater reading and listening about it).
